THE TESTIMONIAL NEWSPAPER

My name is Nicole and this is my testimony about an event that I saw, and it happened on March 02nd, 2015. I was at my school, secondary #135 when suddenly there was a car accident near me. I couldn´t believe what was going on, but it was a miracle that nothing happened to me.

PROJECT 3 "EXPERIMENT: DENSITY"

DENSITY

INTRODUCTION:

The purpose of this experiment is to determine the density of water, oil and alcohol.

MATERIALS:

- Scales      - Oil       - 3 glasses     - Alcohol      - Water        - Test tube

STEPS:

1.- At first to weight the liquids.

2.- Then to weight the glass.

3.- Next to measure 100 ml of water in the glass and to determine the mass to subtract the value of glass ( to repeat the step with th eoil and alcohol).

4.- Finally to calculate the density of water, oil and alcohol. 

RESULTS:

DISCUSSION:

We found that our hypothesis was correct as we predicted because the water is more dense.

I´m writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the service of water in the Alpino Sherpas street.

First had one cutting service of water potable, the then person in charge of service to clients delay much in to pay attention to my conditional and besides enough rudeness with me.

How reactionary you yes to pass the same? I´m afraid in action i snot taken, I will be forced to take this matter further.

WHAT ARE HUMAN RIGHTS?

Every person is entitled to certain fundamental rights, simply by the fact of being human.

They know  they have a right to be paid for the work they do. But there are many other rights. When human rights are not well known by people, abuses such as discrimination, intolerance, injustice, oppression and slavery can drise.

 

The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights was signed in 1948. This document is the basis for a world built on freedom, justice and peace.

 

These rights are meant for your protection against people who might wat to harm or huit you.

Middle Ages

"MIDDLE AGES"

During the 15th Century, population increased and the upper dass activities decreased. Therefore, many new forms of literatura emerged. Troubadours appeared in Southein France; Dante Alighieri wrote "The Divine Comedy", which was the most important poem in this  period. Chess was also invented as were many other sports and games. The High Niddle Ages gave birth to important inventions such as the astrolabe and the very first glasses.

 

 

"THE CRUSADES"

 

They were a series of Holy Wars carried out by the Christian States of Europe that started in 1095. The objective of the Crusades was to force the Saracens out of the Holy Land including Jerusalem. The name "Crusade" came from the French Word "crois" that means "cross". There were eight Crusades; the first four are sometimes called the Principal Crusades, and the remaining four the Minor Crusades.

RECOMMENDATIONS

 

1.- Safe place:

 

Pick safe places in every room of your home.

 

A safe place is a place that will protect you from falling objects.

 

Good safe places are under strong tables or against interior walls.

 

 

 

2.- Drop, cover and hold on:

 

Practice drop, cover and hold on in each safe place.

 

Drop under a strong table cover your eyes with your arm and hold on.

 

 

 

 

3.- Make a plan:

Make a plan with your family of what to do if you are not all together when an earthquake occurs.
